No throwing sand or rocks on the beach or into the water
Digging (or building) in sand only permitted within the length of the retaining wall separating the beach from East Shore Trail.
Docks
Dock Occupants only on the boat docks
No fishing from the boat docks
No unsupervised kids are allowed on the boat docks
No swimming or kayaking inside the boat dock area
Beach
Per LMCC rules, no smoking within the designated beach area; this includes under the tent and the beach area north to the kayak racks
No glass on the beach
No dogs on the beach
No dancing on the tables
Last to leave the beach, please put up the beach flags
Take your trash with you
Shed
Adults only in the kitchen shed
If you use it, please replace it – paper goods, plasticware, paper towels, large garbage bags, and charcoal.
Please clean up and sanitize after yourselves when using community property.
Donations are always welcome!Your annual donation of $20/individual or $30/family is greatly appreciated to cover costs of other items provided and projects being done at the beach.

PRIVATE PARTY RULES
Preapproval by Beach President required
Beach 4 dues of $30 and a $25 rental fee needs to be paid by check “Beach 4 Association”, cash, or Venmo to be eligible for parties. A $50 deposit will also be required prior to the party to ensure the beach and amenities are left the way that they are found prior to the party.
Application for LMCC Waterfront Director needs to be completed and sent to kathyromine@hotmail.com. Upon approval, it must then be sent to lmccbeachparty@gmail.com at least one week in advance of the party for approval. You are responsible for all extra lifeguard charges. $26/hour per guard with 2 guard minimum. Payment to be made after the party by check made out to “LMCC” and given to Kathy.
Times for party need to be kept – the agreed time to end party on calendar is when you expect majority of your guests to be off beach. Weekend parties must be completed and cleaned up by 2:00 pm.
Number of people allowed is limited to a maximum 20 total (kids + adults) due to beach capacity and limited parking (please carpool or walk).
A maximum of 2 tables can be used by party group and should be covered with tablecloth. Please keep coolers and belongings off tables.
Member wristbands will be needed by all members attending party and guest wristbands will be provided by beach to be used exclusively for the party date.
Recycling and garbage generated at your party must be taken home with you.
Paper goods, charcoal, garbage bags and other supplies needed for party are to be supplied by you and not taken from the kitchen shed.
No glass is allowed on beach
No water balloons or individualized wrapped/fun size candy (i.e. Starburst). Wrappers and broken balloons don’t make it to garbage and is a hazard for our local creatures.
Parents should be present for parties with small children under 10 years of age. Please encourage parents to supervise their children and not rely on the lifeguards.
Children are not allowed in the kitchen shed or on the hammock without adult supervision.
Kayaks are privately owned and are not for the use of beach members or party guests.
Beach and tent area should be cleaned and cleared of all trash prior to the departure of the host and guests.
